How's your endurance? More than once, the Gospel writers quote Jesus as saying that "...the one who endures to the end will be saved..." The writer of the letter to the Hebrews makes the clear declaration "...you have need of endurance..." as he, under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, provides words of both encouragement and warning to believers who are being tempted to give up as their faith faces severe trials. In this episode, some preliminary thoughts on the nature of this spiritual endurance that is so essential for followers of the Lord Jesus Christ.
